As a result of getting many of his online accounts hacked, The Jonas Brothers' Greg Garbo has permanently shut down his blog. I realize that many of my readers are also his, and I wanted to give him a quick shout-out. Greg, thanks for the amusing anecdotes, behind-the-scenes footage, and silly drawn-on pictures. You will be missed in the blogosphere.

RIP Grog Blog, you will be missed.
ReplyDeletePlease don't ever stop blogging Mike!
RIP Grog Blog. Garbo's blogs were amazing and we will all miss them :(
ReplyDeleteI am still mourning. R.I.P.
ReplyDeletei don't really know what to say. It's sort of like a huge slap in the face. I mean, I'm not really into too a lot of pop songs, and I still read his blog. He is such a creative writer and a great storyteller. It's sad that he had to just end his blog this way. It's like he is punishing everyone who read his blog by shutting it down. I'm sure he's a nice person and I have nothing against him, it's just sad that something like this had to happen.
ReplyDeletewell that's what I have to say about that, and if nobody agrees with me, so be it.
Greg Garbo will be dearly missed in the blogging community. It's so unfortunate that because he happens to be the bass player for the JoBros, it makes him a target to hackers and the like. Greg's far too good for the things that have been done to him. But hopefully a lesson can be learned in all of this. Those who only read his blog to get the 'backstage scoop' on the Jonas Brothers will now have to look elsewhere. That's what happens when one idiot decides to violate someone's personal rights and hack into his accounts. Everyone suffers. I'm really going to miss Garbo's witty banter. :/ RIP Grog Blog.
ReplyDeleteI will miss Greg's blog terribly, but we still have yours : D
ReplyDeleteI am not the same person after his blog is gone. I felt kind of in a weird way following the jonas brothers around through his blog and kind of seeing what really happens in the untold story. I have been following his blog for almost a year now so its really sad to see it all gone.
ReplyDeleteJonas Brothers Fans miss The Grog Blog. We need it back!
ReplyDeleteWe <3 GREG AKA GARBO ;]

i know its been gone for a really long time, but it still sucks! haha
ReplyDeletei really liked to read what kind of things went on behind the scenes on tours. my dream is to one day work with a band and possibly go on tour with them for a while, so it was interesting to see what went on
oh well =[
